06 - Notes To Kyoko 03: Fix That, Will Ya?

After seeing Kyoko tied to the chair, Bladedge24 sent the following note: "Dear lady Kyoko. I am very sorry that most people want you tied up. If i could find a way I would help you. But until I do, all I can do is give you a hug over this note and hope things go better . Signed Bladedge."

So I drew the answer. The ingenious "tail-weight" was the idea of DA-member Bryce, aka Delitor.
